My name is Jason.   I’m just a regular guy and a proud Veteran with a huge passion for anything grill-oriented!

I have been in love with barbecuing since the late-80’s when I went to an event and discovered the world of barbecuing.   

Ever since that day, I have been cooking on all different kinds of grills and smokers, using the coolest of gizmos, gadgets and unique rubs & spices to create that perfect barbecue meal. 

I wanted to take my passion for grilling and follow my dream of opening a speciality grill store to my hometown.

With being a Veteran and my love for our country, my goal was to bring as much Veteran and family-owned business products to our store that I could possible find.   I have searched across the country finding grills, accessories, unique seasonings  and flavors and so much more!

Our family found out suddenly how short life really is and we learned if you have a dream – then follow it!.  With the love and support of my family, we decided it was now or never and in May 2023, I went all in and SMOKIN’ HOT GRILLS went from a dream to a reality!
